Refund policy

At Outlaw Baby, we want you to love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges for our print-on-demand store.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Custom Products: Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please ensure you double-check your order before finalizing it.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect item. Please provide a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Sizing Issues: We recommend reviewing our size charts before purchasing to ensure you choose the correct size. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on incorrect sizing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@outlawbabyco.com with your order number and details of the issue. For defective or damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Resolution: Once your request is reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund if the item is deemed defective or damaged.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve processed the return or replacement. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for returns or exchanges due to customer preference (such as incorrect size or change of mind) will be the responsibility of the customer. If your item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please place a new order, and we will assist you with any issues regarding your original purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
